Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the operations of our preschool program. The Preschool Director will be responsible for providing educational leadership, strategic planning, and effective administration of the preschool. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

Duties:
- Create and maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum plans and ensure alignment with educational standards
- Manage the daily operations of the preschool, including scheduling, enrollment, and parent communication
- Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders

Requirements:
- All ECE Units completed
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in childcare
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementing educational programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Budgeting experience and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
